September 23, 2026Proposed rule

Florida proposes changes to MMTC background screening

The Florida Department of Health published proposed changes to Rule 64-4.208 for medical marijuana treatment center employees, owners, and managers. The proposal updates the required form, definitions, timeframes, and how screening information must be submitted to the Department.

What this means now: This is a proposed rule, not a final requirement. White Diamond is monitoring it and will post confirmed changes here.
